Winter Tracking Workshop

Winter may be here, but most of our wildlife friends are still around! In fact, it’s easier than ever to find them. Join us at Sandhill Wildlife Area to learn how we can track and identify wildlife using their footprints that appear in the snow. Learn about all the different tracks you can see in and around Sandhill in the morning, followed by going out and finding some tracks. Please dress for the weather and bring your lunch and snacks.

Preregistration is required along with a $10 registration fee per person.

Please print and complete both required forms. Mail the forms to Sandhill Wildlife Area, along with payment in form of check made out to “DNR-Skills Center”.
