The Campus Community Players presents David Auburn’s award-winning drama, PROOF in the Helen Connor Laird Theatre at UWSP at Marshfield on April 21-23 at 7:30 p.m. and April 24 at 2:00 p.m.

The story follows Catherine, who has spent years caring for her brilliant but unstable father, Robert, a mathematician. Following his death, she must deal with her own volatile emotions; the arrival of her estranged sister, Claire; an the attention of Hal, a former student of her father’s who hopes to find valuable work in the 103 notebooks that Robert left behind. A burgeoning romance and the discovery of a mysterious notebook draw Catherine into the most difficult problem of all: How much of her father’s madness, or genius, will she inherit?

General admission tickets are $20 and can be purchased online at tickets.uwsp.edu at the box office one hour prior to each performance.
