Managing Caregiver Stress Workshop

The ADRC of Central Wisconsin is hosting a free 1 hour workshop for caregivers on March 30th at 10am. The ‘Managing Caregiver Stress’ workshop will help caregivers take a closer look at the stress in their lives, what might be causing that stress, and ways to better deal with that stress. The class is free and will be held at the ADRC office at 300 South Peach Avenue. Virtual class options are also available. Registration is required.
