Experience five Chardonnays from around the world without leaving Central Wisconsin. Chardonnay is the most popular white wine in the U.S. Taste the difference between Chardonnay produced in the U.S. compared to other Chardonnay producing countries. All wines will be paired with the appropriate cheese. Wines tasted will be Chardonnays from CA, OR, France (white burgundy and a Chablis), and Portugal. Due to availability, the instructor may serve comparable wines to those mentioned.
