Seehafer Farm Creamery carries a variety of Wisconsin cheeses and curds, hand-scooped ice cream, homegrown ground beef, cage-free eggs, snack sticks, and many more local products. Year round family-fun events at the creamery include horse-drawn wagon rides, sleigh rides, corn maze, and more (see their Facebook page for details). As you peruse their shop, filled with charming farm-centric décor, you’ll also find candy, maple syrup, honey, jams, and glass-bottled milk for purchase.
The Seehafers process their own milk right from the farm, which includes whole, skim, 2 percent, and soon to be 2 percent chocolate milk, which is available by the gallon in the creamery.
In 1939 Ken’s grandparents opened Seehafer Corner Cheese Factory at the intersection of Galvin Avenue and State Highway 97, which is no longer in existence.
