Mayor’s Breakfast - 5:30–9:30 am

  • Tickets $6, children 6 and under are free

    5:45 p.m.   YMCA’s Kid’s Dash.  FREE to all youth ages 2-10.  No registration required.  All participants receive a medal at the finish line.
    6:00 p.m.   Penny/Candy Hunt.

    6:30 p.m.   Mr. Steve, family entertainer providing music, magic, ballooning and more. 
    7:30 p.m.   Marshfield Civic Band Concert.
     
    Movie Night in the Park
    Columbia Park, 201 W. Arnold St.
    At Dusk
    After enjoying Picnic in the Park, roll out the blanket, set up the lawn chairs and enjoy an old fashioned, outdoor family friendly movie.  Movie will be shown on an inflatable big screen located in front of the band shell.  Pack up the kids and come enjoy!

    7th Annual Parade Day Breakfast
    Wesley United Methodist Church, 205 East 3rd Street, Marshfield
    7:00 am–10:30 am
    Only one block off Central Avenue, park once, have breakfast, and walk to the parade route.  The menu consists of scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, fruit, pastries, juice, milk and coffee.  Cost is $7.
     
    4th Annual Cow-Pie Bingo
    The Hannah Center, 212 East 3rd Street
    12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

    Join us after the parade for a family friendly lunch on the lawn featuring Wenzel brats and hotdogs, as well as Seehafer Farm Creamery ice cream.  Bingo squares are $5 each. Enter for a chance to win $100.  Join the crowd in anticipation as our Liquid Coin Dairy calf takes the bingo board and drops a “cow-pie” on the winning square.  Purchase your bingo squares by 1:30 pm or beforehand at www.hannahcenter.com.  Tours of The Hannah Center will be available too.
     
    Kids Parade
    10:15 am

    Stepping off just prior to the big parade, the Kids Parade will start at the corner of 2nd Street and Central Avenue, and end outside of the MACCI building, at 7th Street and Central Avenue.  Kids are encouraged to come as their “Favorite Character” and kids 12 and under are encouraged to participate.  Registration begins at 10:00 am on the corner of East 2nd Street and Central Avenue.  Bring your pet, decorate your bike, ride your Barbie car, and plan to join us!  Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.  All participants will be recognized. 
     
    **PARADE ROUTE**

Parade – Stepping off on the corner of 2nd Street and Central Avenue at 11:00 am 

Dairyfest… “Makin’ it happen” will be presented as 75+ units take part in this year’s Dairyfest parade. Buckets will be distributed along the route so the “kiddos” can collect all the goodies!  Local and area high school bands will perform along the parade route. Units will travel south on Central Avenue, turning east on 14th Street, and south on Cherry Street, ending just inside the fairgrounds.

Old Fashioned Pie and Ice Cream Social

Come enjoy this Dairyfest tradition with a slice of homemade pie just like Grandma used to make and top it off with a scoop of ice cream.  Participate in the cake walk and games or just enjoy the live music offered on the porch.  *NEW* this year is a bucket raffle!  You can also take a stroll through the Heritage Rose Garden.  Tours of the Governor’s House will also be available at Noon.  There is no cost to tour, however, donations are appreciated.
 
Lion’s Fishing Contest
8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wildwood Park Upper Pond

$1 registration fee
Fishing contest for kids 12 years of age and younger.  Every child receives a prize that was donated by local businesses, with a chance to win a grand prize!  Prizes include rods, toys, food coupons, fishing tackle, and many other items.  Some rods and reels will be available to use, but you are encouraged to bring your own equipment.  Bait will be supplied.
 
 
June Vox Concert in Columbia Park

6:00 pm
The Vox Concert Series kicks off their summer concert series with Haley Klinkhammer for an evening of music outdoors.  Music will start at 6:00 pm and the concert is free.  Attendees are encouraged to bring a basket of their favorite snacks and beverages to enjoy during the concert.  Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.  Check out other concerts at www.voxconcertseries.com
 
 
Outdoor Dairyfest Beer Garden

Enjoy an outdoor beer garden during Dairyfest featuring live music, raffles, food, beer and more.  Awesome live music lineup beginning at 4 pm and our headliner, Stratford native and Nashville recording artist, “The Jerry Schmitt Band,” beginning at 7 pm.  No admission charge, doors will open at 11 am.  Must be over 21 to enter!  For more information, call 715-387-2597 to speak to a manager.  Food will be available for purchase.
